Confirm you're 18+
We check age and that gaming is permitted where you are, then ask which sports or games you actually play.
Receive credentials
A username and password arrive in the same chat. Typically three to five minutes, up to fifteen late at night.
Load and play
You fund your own balance by UPI, IMPS or bank transfer, in whatever amount you choose.
What we ask for — and what we never ask for
The second list matters more than the first. Print it, screenshot it, remember it.
Four things, and nothing else
- A working WhatsApp number so we can reach you.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or over.
- Which sports or casino games you want access to.
- The bank or UPI details you want withdrawals paid to.
That is the complete list. We do not need documents to open an ID, though larger withdrawals may be checked manually.

This applies to us as much as to anyone else. If a message claiming to be from LOTUS 365 asks for any of these, it is not us.
Deposits and withdrawals
Both run through the same chat and the same desk.

First withdrawal to a new account is checked manually, which makes it slower than the ones after it. That is deliberate — it is the step that stops someone else withdrawing your balance to their account. If anything is delayed, we tell you why in the chat rather than going quiet.
Opening an ID is free. Any request for a “registration fee”, “activation charge” or “security deposit” before you get credentials is not how this works, here or anywhere reputable.
