Last updated 31 July 2026. A short, readable account of what we hold and why.
Template notice for the site owner: this is a starting point, not legal advice. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act imposes specific obligations — including notice, consent and grievance-officer requirements. 1. The short version
- This website has no backend, no database, no login and no analytics that identify you.
- Nothing you type into the contact form is stored here — it is composed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.
- The data we do hold lives in our WhatsApp chat with you and in our payment records.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third-party marketers.

We do not collect, and will never ask for, your UPI PIN, card CVV, OTPs or net-banking password. Anyone asking for those is not us.
3. What this website collects
The site is served as static files. There is no account system and no server-side form processing. One item is stored locally in your own browser:
- Age confirmation — a single value in your browser’s local storage so the 18+ prompt does not reappear on every page. It never leaves your device and you can clear it by clearing site data.
Your hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and diagnostics. If you add analytics or advertising tags later, this section must be updated to describe them.
4. Why we are allowed to hold it
We process this data to provide a service you have asked for, to meet legal obligations such as age verification and record-keeping, and for the legitimate purpose of preventing fraud. You give consent by contacting us, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to close your account.
5. Who we share it with
- The gaming platform your ID sits on — only what is needed to open and support the account.
- Payment providers and banks — to move money you have asked us to move.
- Law enforcement or regulators — where we are legally required to.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or marketing lists.
6. How long we keep it
Chat and transaction records are kept while your account is active and for a period afterwards to meet financial record-keeping obligations and to resolve any dispute that arises. Beyond that, we delete or anonymise it. Self-exclusion records are kept indefinitely, because their whole purpose is to stop an account being reopened.
7. Your rights
Message our desk and you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- close your account and stop contacting you.
We aim to respond within 7 days.
8. Security
Messages with you are protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. Payment records are held on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure — keep your own credentials private, and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
9. Children
This service is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close any account we believe belongs to a minor. See responsible gaming for parental control guidance.
10. Grievance contact
For any privacy question or complaint, message +62 851 8840 1525 or use the contact page. The site owner should name a grievance officer and a written address here before publishing.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date will change when we do.
