Responsible gaming
Betting is entertainment with a real risk of financial loss. This page explains the tools we offer, the warning signs worth taking seriously, and where to get free help.
The honest starting point: over time, betting loses money for most people who do it. The operator’s margin is built into every price offered. No tip, system, streak or strategy removes it. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
Rules worth setting before you start
- Decide a monthly amount you can lose without it affecting anything that matters. When it is gone, stop until next month.
- Never bet with borrowed money, or money already committed to bills, rent or family.
- Never bet to recover a loss. This is the single most damaging habit in gambling.
- Set a time limit per session and keep it. Long sessions degrade judgement in ways you will not notice from inside one.
- Treat winnings as money that can be withdrawn, not as a bigger stake.
Tools you can ask us for
You do not need to give a reason for any of these, and we will not try to talk you out of them. Message the desk and we apply them.
| Tool | What it does | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit cap | A daily or weekly ceiling on how much you can fund | Same day |
| Session reminder | A message after a set period of play | Same day |
| Cooling-off | Account paused for 24 hours to 30 days | Immediate |
| Self-exclusion | Account closed and not reopened on request | Immediate |
| Activity statement | A full record of your stakes and settlements | Within 48 hours |
Warning signs
These are recognised indicators of gambling harm. They are not character flaws, and noticing them early makes them far easier to address.
- Betting more than you planned, or more often than you planned.
- Betting to win back money you have lost.
- Borrowing money, selling things, or using money meant for something else in order to bet.
- Hiding your betting from family or friends, or lying about how much you have staked.
- Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when you try to cut down or stop.
- Betting to escape stress, low mood, boredom or conflict.
- Betting affecting your work, studies, sleep or relationships.
If several of these apply, it is worth speaking to someone. Ask us for a self-exclusion — we apply it immediately and permanently — and contact one of the free services below.

Under-18s
Gaming on this service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We age-check every account at onboarding and close any account we believe belongs to a minor, returning the balance.
If children use your device, consider parental control software such as Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, or a filtering tool like Net Nanny or Qustodio. Keep your account credentials and payment methods private.
A note on our own incentives
We make money when people bet, which means telling you to bet less is against our short-term interest. We publish it anyway, because a desk that quietly encourages people past their limits is not a business we want to be in — and because players who stay in control are the ones still here next year.
If you ever feel we have fallen short of that, tell us directly.
Need to stop right now?
Applied on receipt. Any remaining balance is returned through the normal withdrawal process.
